CWI renovated this occupied administration building in 5 phases with minimal disruptions. The scope included demolition, new drywall & Kevlar partitions, acoustical ceilings, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, lighting, finish flooring, paint, a new exterior entrance, exterior concrete stair, paving, and sidewalks.
